Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase on Hapnly. This policy applies to all transactions made through our platform.

Important Notice

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by law. By making a purchase on Hapnly, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this refund policy.

Event Tickets

  • Non-Refundable: All tickets booked through Hapnly are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Event Cancellations: In case of event cancellation, the organizer is solely responsible for any compensation or alternative arrangements. Hapnly is not liable for refunds or compensation.
  • Rescheduled Events: Tickets for rescheduled events will typically remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, refund eligibility is at the organizer's discretion.
  • No Shows: Tickets for unattended events are not eligible for refunds.

Organizer Packages

  • Non-Refundable: Payments made for event publishing or promotion packages are non-refundable.
  • No Partial Refunds: No partial refunds will be issued for unused or remaining services in any package.
  • Service Period: All packages are valid for the specified service period only and cannot be extended or transferred.
  • Account Termination: If your account is terminated for violating our terms of service, no refunds will be provided for any remaining package benefits.

Dispute Resolution

  • Contact Support: For any issues regarding purchases, users can contact the Hapnly support team at support@hapnly.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Review Process: We will review your request and assist where applicable, though we cannot guarantee refunds as all sales are final.
  • Documentation: Please provide all relevant documentation (receipts, screenshots, etc.) when submitting a dispute.
  • Processing Time: Dispute resolutions may take up to 14 business days for investigation and response.
Exceptions

In rare cases, refunds may be issued if required by local consumer protection laws. Such determinations will be made at Hapnly's sole discretion.

For events canceled due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), refund policies will be determined on a case-by-case basis in coordination with event organizers.

Payment Methods

If a refund is approved (where applicable):

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 2-5 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Customer amount will be Credited within 5-7 business days
  • We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods
